CI Automation Pte Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website www.cimarketplace.com and the CIMarketplace platform (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

5. Pricing and Quotations
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and are exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping, and handling unless expressly stated otherwise. Quotations are valid only for the period stated and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. Where a pricing error is identified, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance

You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability of any product for your application, and for its correct installation, commissioning, safety integration, and maintenance by qualified personnel in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation and applicable safety standards.

You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
- Copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, pricing, or listings from the Site
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including production downtime, loss of profit, loss of data, labour costs, or machine stoppage.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order, product, or use of the Site is limited to the value of the product sold.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
